Fit guarantee & returns
Our whole promise is that the part fits. So the return policy is built around that one thing.
The fit guarantee
If we call a part a match for your model and it does not fit, we pay the return — send it back and we refund in full or ship the correct part, your choice. You don't eat shipping for our match being wrong.
Standard returns
- 30 days, unused and in original packaging, for any reason — full refund to your original payment.
- Opened but doesn't fit (a model we matched) — covered by the fit guarantee above; return shipping is on us.
- Changed your mind, opened — filters are consumables; opened non-defective items are assessed case by case. Email us, we're reasonable.
How to start
Email support@partfit.com with your order number and your device model. A human replies — usually same day. Refunds post within 5–7 business days of the return being received.
